The hosts were cute and provided local produce. The supermarket nearby made it convenient for cooking. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay.

They had free parking, yay for not having to worry about finding a spot! And they even had a terrace, because who doesn't want to enjoy a drink in the fresh air? Plus, there were hiking opportunities nearby, in case I felt like burning off all the scones I ate.
It's so much fun having to lug my luggage through the airport, said no one ever.

Great location, just a short walk to all the main attractions. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could need and more. The hosts provided thoughtful extras like milk in the fridge, sauces, and even a bottle of beer. The apartment was tastefully decorated and very quiet, away from the main road.
The high step to get into the shower, which might be challenging for some guests.

Great location, fully equipped, and thoughtfully so in that we didn't need much of what we took. Personal touch in being met on arrival was also brilliant. Very peaceful too, almost like being in the country, rather than city centre. No need to worry about the car, which in turn meant a 3 day car break too. Will happily visit again as it has everything you can want from a city break, and about as close as you could get.
Felt at home, nothing too much trouble.

When we stayed at this accommodation, we were thrilled with its convenient location close to the centre of York. It was just a short stroll away from some great restaurants and placed us right in the heart of the city. the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including toiletries, a hairdryer, and an iron, making our stay extremely comfortable. the hosts were welcoming and provided us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
One minor drawback was that there was no shower cubicle, only an over bath shower. Though it was well-designed and prevented any water from spilling onto the floor, the high step in and drop down when exiting the bath was slightly startling.

The apartment's kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge, oven, and microwave. It was like having my own personal chef! The living room with a seating area and dining area provided a cozy space to relax and enjoy meals. It felt like my own little sanctuary in the midst of a bustling city. The apartment had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. It was like having a private cinema right in my room! The property's terrace offered a lovely spot to soak up the city views and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. It was the perfect way to start my mornings in York. The apartment's bedroom had a comfortable bed with a cozy atmosphere. It felt like sleeping on a cloud every night.
The frying pan in the kitchen was a bit difficult to clean as everything seemed to stick to it. But it didn't dampen my overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located accommodation in York. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed, from toiletries to an iron. The host had thought of everything to ensure our comfort. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, great for a peaceful night's sleep. The convenient location made it easy to explore all the attractions in both York and the surrounding Yorkshire countryside. We even managed to walk an excellent 96 miles during our two-week stay. The outdoor space and shaded area were unexpected bonuses, as was the thoughtful provision of ice mugs in the freezer. we couldn't find any major faults with our stay, apart from a slightly problematic frying pan and a personal preference for a shower cubicle. these minor issues did not detract from our overall enjoyment. We highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting York.
